Why we use your data
To receive and manage your non-binding preorder request, confirm details with you (usually on WhatsApp), organise the next supplier order if we proceed, and keep a record of your acknowledgment for this request. We do not use this data for advertising or newsletters in this product.
Legal basis
Primary basis: steps at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). You ask us to review a care list and contact you about it. The checkbox records that you understand and agree to this contact for the request. There is no online payment and no distance sales contract at submit time. You can ask us to erase your data; that does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
What we collect
Name, WhatsApp / phone number (E.164), optional comment, language preference, how you arrived (e.g. direct, Instagram, QR), the products and quantities you listed, and the time you acknowledged the request. Your browser may also keep a local preorder list on your device until you send or clear it.
Who can see it
Anastasiia (and Studio tools she uses to review demand). Technical processors that host this service: Convex (database and backend) and Vercel (website). If you continue on WhatsApp, Meta / WhatsApp also process the phone number and messages you exchange. If a notify webhook is configured, a limited copy of new-preorder details may be sent to that automation tool. Treat it as a processor under a data agreement.
International transfers
Convex and Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) offered by those providers. Prefer an EU region when available for production.
Cookies
We only use a strictly necessary locale cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) so the site remembers your language choice. No advertising or analytics cookies are used in this product. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required for these technical cookies alone.
How long we keep it
Preorder and customer records are kept while the delivery window is active and for a reasonable follow-up period after fulfilment or cancellation. Target: delete or anonymise within 24 months unless a longer legal need applies. Studio can erase a customer’s personal data on request; closed fulfilled/cancelled records older than 24 months are purged automatically. Device-local lists stay only on your phone until you clear site data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). To exercise rights for this product, message Anastasiia on WhatsApp or Instagram with enough detail to find your preorder (name and phone). Typical response window: within one month.
