Rebuild & Strength
Hair feels thin and hollow and breakage appears through the lengths, including the middle section. After washing, tangles get heavier and the blow-dry fades before evening.
Structure first, softness after — do it the other way and it won't work.
Most people look for softness first — it's felt instantly and creates the illusion of "healthy" hair. But until the fiber is strengthened inside, the length keeps breaking. Strength always comes with a delay, and it's worth the wait.
Care goals
- Strengthen the fibre
- Rebuild the bonds
- Reduce breakage
- Keep salon results longer
What to do at home
Rebuilding works through consistency and calm repetition. Two times a week is enough for most cases. Apply on damp hair so the formula stays on the fibre and does not run off with water.
What to avoid
- Brushing hair while wet
- Tight ponytails on damp lengths
- Skipping conditioner to keep it light
For hollow, breaking lengths I start here: Refurbishing Shampoo clears the surface, the Mask densifies the fibre.
